can anyone reccomend an air system for an angel. apart from an A.I.R. can presets be used on angels? someone told me they couldnt for some reason?

Yes you can use presets on all angels. The lcd and ir3 need a high pressure (850), and the speed, A4 and fly, use the low pressure (450) preset. You can configure the minireg of the speed, A4 and fly, to use the high pressure preset, but it would be better suited to the low pressure preset.
