need to get hold of Tank for an exit
Specifically, the differences between an Armageddon and an Apocalypse 2K (apart from the apoc having an on/off).

I don't see the apoc listed on the Air America UK site price list - is it defunct now?

On that note, should I be choosing between a 4500 'geddon and a MacDev Conquest?

Then again, me being a poor student an' all, should I go all budget and go for a Mellee 3000psi screw in jobby?

Or are there any nice (cheap) 4500 screw ins?

Opinions welcome from one and all ('cept elrikos of course) :p :D

Between those two, I would go with the Conquest over a Geddon for a few reasons. One, the Conquest is about $100 cheaper, though used Geddons can be found. The Conquest is slightly lighter, too. However, Geddons do have the nice feature of being able to unscrew the bottle from them so you can change size easily to suit different situations and have multiple bottles for tournaments so you don't have to go through the air line every time you need a fill, especially in a hurry. I kinda like the on/off switch of a Conquest a bit better than unscrewing the tank on a Geddon, but that's just by a slight margin and personal preferences may (and often do) vary. Honestly, both systems are winners. The Geddon has an extensive track recrord and has never shown any significant limitation at all, season after season proving itself to be a winner. Conquests, however, seem to not only be fashionable but really have been gathering attention from a lot of people that know their stuff and haven't let anyone down, and were it me, I'd get one. I very well may in the near future, in fact, unless of course I get a Hyperflow, which is also an excellent choice worthy of anyone's consideration.

Apocalypse 2k is a squarer body, less flow, but simple to work on. The tank doesn't unscrew from it like an Armageddon's does, hence the on/off switch. They're still made I believe, but I don't know for certain as I haven't seen many of them.

Cheap 4500 screw in? I use an 88/4500 Pure Energy screw in myself and like it just fine. Crossfires are very good as well. Melee by comparison, although probably quite functional, is more expensive for no really perceivable gain.

There isn't really all that much difference between top end air systems........
Geddons are good if you have multiple guns, you can just chop and change the air system at will, if you have a cradle attatched.

I use a Conquest, and have never had any problems with it whatsoever. It's nice and compact, and pretty light too.

I've got an armie and it is fine,

But I do want a Conquest as it does appear to be technically superb (I have a Glad too and that thing is ROCK solid) so I like MacDev stuff
