Air reg removal and install!!

Say i have a 1.1 pmi bottle with a high pressure reg on it and want to remove the reg and install it on an adjustable reg i have.

How would i go about doing this safely or where can i get it done???

If this is not advisable and very costly where can i buy just at bottle from that isnt a Stako but is fairly light weight?

i would suggest giving it to HPAC or an air specialist to do the work.

Aye get HPAC to do it so no mistakes are made during disassembly or reassembly
