I've heard they use a good, consistent reg and alot of people are trading in their adjustable AIR's for them because of the huge weight difference (The new one's are supposed to be very light). Looks to be a good bottle all around.

They seem to be rebadged PMI regs. Cheap, cheerful, low-maintenance because there's not a lot to go wrong. Only problem I've seen so far is that the fill nipples have an occasional habit of leaking.

Hi

I had the pmi/angel pre-set it works fine but the crossfire reg is about the same money and seems to have higher flow (it keeps up with demo mode so no chance of any drop off)

Unless you are buying second hand, you might have trouble finding one by itself, without a bottle.

Most suppliers have stopped selling just the reg.

I got one, and works as advertised.

Light, fast and kept up with my Viking/Shocker.

Searching for the pro-tour....:S
I've had one for a while now, runs my impulse no problems at all.

The fill nipples are ok, seen worse, but if you are worried just swap it out for a re-buildable CP one and your laughing!!!

Ian :)
