Air for Impulse-Part 2.

What's a good air system for the gimpulse?
I had my eye on an air america setup for about £370.
What do u think?
Are there better one u could advise me on?

I would suggest that if your going to get an air system, that you either get the vertical maxflow mount from Planet, or get a vert maxflow. Though the 4500 Maxflow (Low Pressure version) apparently runs very very well without second stage regulation.

Kinda. If your using any other air system besides a 4500 maxflow, most of them arn't designed to run at sub 200psi very well. So you'd need a secondary reg.

But Planet Eclipse have come up with a clever little thing that turns your normal horizontal maxflow (the one attached to your trigger frame) into a vertical one that you can mount at the front. Costs 30quid ( - VAT & P&P) so its a lot cheaper than getting another maxflow reg.

Unfortunately that fabulous little device came out the day after I bought my vertical max flow!
So this air america's not much cop then?

Lol bad luck or what. Na the air america should be fine, wasnt sure if you had a verticle maxflow to run it with thats all. Just make sure you run the AA system at about ~800psi into the maxflow to get the best perfomance.

I use a 1.1L 4500psi Max flow system on my impulse and it runs sweet. Max flow is probably one of the best options in my opinion although a mate of mine did run his impulse on wdp Air and he had no problems except it requires a secound regulatar cos when wdp Air drops below a certain pressure the screen reads low pressure.
