Air fittings?

I have just bought some Macro line to fit my air system to my new cocker, now when you consider that I have never ever had to take an air system off a marker this question may not sound so silly.

With Macro line, how the hell do you get it out of the elbows? I need to take it off so that I can get my bottle tested and to make some other adjustmenrs but no amount of pulling will free the damm stuff and I cant see anyway of taking the elbow bit apart

Fully degas the system.Push back on the colar away from the hose where the hose goes in & pull the hose out at the same time.
