After reading all the posts in regards to bad fills/dirty air etc. the only complaints I have heard are frompeople with Angel Air systems.

What I want to know is - has any non Angel Air person had any problems.

Thanx

Campaign last year flash filled into an Armageddon, elbows exploded.

And a few general winges

1.This one wasn't a result of dirty air but the guy operating the fill didn't check that my captains bottle was hooked on and turned the air line on! The 'fill lead' whipped out and hit him in the stomach leaving a large bruise. The guy reaction? pissed himself laughing.

2.Has anyone ever had their bottle date checked?

Armageddon . . . since it was used in Germany . . my Low pressure gauge is now permanently reading 200psi. . . time for a strip and rebuild!

Previously at last years Campaign they also manage to blow my elbow off into my leg. . . same system.

need to get hold of Tank for an exit
Last year at Toulouse bottle dates were checked, but a Max-Flo on our team decided that it would no longer switch off, so the marker was permanently on.

Campaign Cup last year, and the two years before that - never had/saw a bottle date being checked.

Flash fills = Bad. We used go through so many fill nipple o-rings it was crazy (all types of tanks), the heat created by flash fills just melted them things. This was nothing that people didn't know, in fact it was common knowlege.

It's obvious that Kaliber knew, and designed their system to regulate the flow to solve the inheirent flaws flash filling tanks. My home field purchased one exactly like the NPPL's and I haven't a problem in almost 6 months.

I only see one problem with the current one - it fills too quickly to be absolutely safe.

And there are no filters on the compressors!
