You can play paintball at 12 (or 13 for some insurance companies).
It is all down to the site and the parent/guardian (my son started playing when he was 6 - but that was a 'private' site - and only against me).

All the time (I never used a marker - I used to play 'tag'. It's quite a good drill - makes you 'move' instead of bedding in behind a bunker

Our insurance covers children over 16 years of age, but i do allow children at 14 years if they have a letter signed by both parents allowing them to play.

It was a teams sup'air site that I used to play at. Oh, and we have our own team 'land' that we sometimes use for practice etc.
