Aftershock, after and before...?!

Hey man, just found this lovelly pics in the podbitch.com site.

Could somebody tell-me if this is playing on... Or is just me?

It could be playing on, but as I didn't see the game, I can't really say. It could have been that a ref had called the players neutral, the players got hit then, and the ref, rather than taking time to wipe them down, just put them back in the game to keep things flowing - it certainly takes time to wipe down goggles - usually you make the players vision worse.

I don't believe the ref in the top pic could have missed the hit (even the spray), although saying that, I did hear of one occaision at the World Cup of a Pro player being wiped down after being shot on the break, while two of his teammates (also shot on the break) slid in an interesting fashion

Are they cheating?

Ok well the top pic shows a hit on the front of the guys hopper, spray on his gogs, all he can see is the spray and he cant/wont check his hopper.

Bottom one looks like 2 shots in the self check zone, now had he had his gun up keeping some dude in this might be excusable cos obviously if he were to check himself he'd be put back in his barricade. However, hes got a guy doing his job while he can pod up and look around, maybe, he could have taken a second to check the hits............

In my opinion it takes some god damn crappy reffing not to notice those kinda hits, especially in a final.

Is that a pic of 'cheating' or bad reffing?

Ok really hard to point any form of blame if you did not see the game and I am guessing that most that have posted did not! I know the old story a picture paints a thousand words. But I will say this!

I saw the game and know what happened. This is what happened!

The first pic
The player shot one of Dynasty and the Dynasty player returned fire after being hit. The game was quick so the ref did not wipe him down but did stay with the player until he was eliminated! Ok maybe he should have been wiped down but as intense as the game was the ref made the decision not to.

Second Pic
Believe it or not those shots are true hits! What you don't see is the player leave the field. He got shot in the chest and left! If there were a few more shots after this you would see him get up and walk away!

Modern technology it's great!

Did you saw all game?

Then you must have saw the 2 final aftershock players. The last to leave the field trowing is armband to the refs face... After he played on.

Hey that gives me a good idea. AfterShock should change to After-Being-Hit-Still-Play !

I´ve not been there in person, but i´ve got a very good source!!!

Just a little thing... The Aftershock team add the nerve to imply that in the 2001WC Dynasty only won because off reffing mistakes, or reffing help (One of the DeadZone Aftershock guys shot an Dynasty player, and Aftershock got a penalty).
And do a stunt like this in the finals off the WC2002?
Man they must be saints!

So why don´t they win in Europe when there is a couple more refs per field? Must be the weather, it´s armfull for cheaters.

American players push it to the limits everygame ...some.. go beyond the limit.
