Advice on ion?

I bought an ion from big dicks then to day wen i gas it up it all goes wrong. there is leaks hoses popping off also a hos just exploded i have no spare hoses left now, also the gage has gone so i think thet the reg was ****ed and put 2 much gas in it.

do u think i should send it back cause it was faulty or should i get more hoses and a new gage and try and fix it my self maybe even need a reg???

if brand new, then it has a warranty, use it........

sams thing i thought but dose it void the warenty if it been taken apart?

All i have done is take it of so can change hoses??

phone the shop up where you got it from, explain to them wots happened, then you will know for sure were you stand.....lots of people on here gona tell you different things, but at the end of the day, you gona have to speak to the people you got it from....

Questions

What did you gas it up with? C02 or Air? And if so did the tank have anti-siphon tube installed? Also when you aired up did you exceed 200psi?

Aran - this has all been covered in another thread mate - the reg was dialled all the way in as only SP can

vtw way wen i put it in there was over 400 psi go in to the gun cause the gage wen all the way round an broke lol i think the ragulator didnt do any thing and it let 3000 psi in lol

lol you'd have known about it if it had... just take it back to the shop and if the warranty dont cover it, at least theyll be able to tell you where you went wrong
