I bought a luxe and received a luxe with somewhat more damage than was relayed in the post.
For starters the right hand side eye cover has a rounded out bolt which bz are willing to try and fix, a large scratch/gauge out the rear of the handgrip where a tank was clearly reluctant to fit and a useless joystick which only functions when the whole housing is removed.
There is more but that is the main stuff and I'll be posting video of the board and high def pictures of the rest tonight when I'm home from work.
My reason for posting is basically where do I stand since I did technically receive a luxe?
