Sweet spot off the break, see if you can reduce the other team from the start.
Relay information about where the other team broke out to.
Eyes and ears open, You are the communication centre for your team.
Do Not Stop Shouting. Make sure calls are relayed, counts are kept and people are not playing their own game.
Do not allow yourself to become pinned into your barricade, you need to be up and out on people the whole game.
Push your front guys to get up the field, they will not be able to see as much as you, so help them out.
Dont be afraid to go with the push, when it happens.
Co-ordinate the game plan, get the push happening or lock up the field if you are on the back foot.
Basically, be loud, be on the trigger, be last man standing.
