Stupid question but I've bought an ergo reg that came with no instructions. Theres a whopper of a grub screw in the base of it and a smaller standard one on the side. Which one adjusts input pressure and which way do I turn it.

The adjustment screw is the one on the side of the reg. The bottom one is an endcap that you only need to remove if you want to take the reg apart.
sorry mate but its actually the other way round. the grub screw on the side is an alternate location to put a guage. the big grub screw on the bottom (with a circlip sort of retaining it if it gets backed out too far) is the bit which adjusts the output on it (at least thats the one i turn and it seems to do the trick!)
I wondered why the grub screw had been glued into the reg 
I wondered why they would do that to an adjustment screw. That big one at the bottom is a right beast, gonna have to get me a bigger allen key.
