Adjustable Reg's ??

Would it be easier to buy one rather than just buying a HP bottle when I've already got 2 LP ones?? If so I'm not sure on the technical side on them, does it have to be a specific air bottle or any?

You can use an adjustable on any bottle. It's not the bottle which controls HP/LP, it's the Reg.
You could probably get someone to do a swap on here (LP reg for a HP one), if you wanted to.
