ok simple one, thru beam aces like the ones on akas, racegun etc are just an infra red emiter and reciver.....yes?

ok where can i get em without having to pay daft prices? surely maplin or radio shack have em?

Try Stig Matt. With him doing the angel eyes he may well be able to hook you up fella

Goto Maplin.com then search for Diode. Should cost about £1 for both parts! Its a Infra-red emitter/phototransister you need. If you need any help with any electronics involved, I should be able to give you a hand.
