hey guys just wondiring how you ajust the angle of a elbow on an aca

You could be posh and use some knippex pliers

seriously, just turn it. try to tighten it if possible (nearly all the way round if needs be). If you have to loosen it and it sarts to leak then seal the threads with some PTFE tape or threadlock.

and its an ASA (air source adaptor)

No mate
If little bits break off as it does have some tendency to do under pressure if you dont wrap it right, you can shoot it through your marker and it will cause problems. best not to use it at all.
see the thread in the sticky on this page for all you need to know about loctite.
get it from Halfords or there is a link to an ebay shop in the above thread that does it all. It smells kinda nice too
