Dynasty paint works fine in Timmies. You are forming wierd little superstitions based on two unrelated facts. Stop it right now.
1) It sounds like you are storing your paint somewhere cold. Don't do that. When things get cold, they contract, or shrivel up. I am sure you know what I am talking about.
2) Adjusting your bolt position will help if the problem is that your balls are feeding and then rolling back, allowing another ball to partially fall into the breech. If this is happening, when you shoot, you break that second ball.
If you have at least one working eye and two opposable thumbs (one will do if you also have a bench vise or a friend to hold your gun) you can adjust the bolt position. First, you need a gun on which the bolt can be adjusted. It must have an "adjustable ram cap". Some of the 2004 Timmies have them, but many do not. They are available as an aftermarket part from Hybrid and others. Second, you need to air up the marker so that the bolt is held back. Leave it turned off so that you don't accidentally shoot it and make a bunch of noise. That would just be irritating. Next, look down the feedneck. If you can see the top of the bolt, sticking out about the thickness of a pencil lead, you are fine, it is the paint, keep it in the house. If you can't see the bolt tip, turn the lug screw in (clockwise looking at the back of the gun) until you see the bolt tip sticking out in the feedneck.
Any paint that works without breaking in a gun that is set up wrong is probably bouncing off you opponent. Any paint that is "old old" or stored "frozen/ room tempature" is not being taken care of. Keep it at the temp it says on the side of the box. There is usually a little thermometer to help you find that info, since paint makers know players are mostly ADHD.
Peace.
