None, unless you count the bolt and the electronic board and the trigger adjustment. Early Speeds will have a different solenoid but now they are both using the same one.

Softface bolt, feedneck, ram, solenoid, length, weight, guage, vernier trigger adjustment wheels, slightly different trigger and frame, different colors and better milling. That and about $400.

Oh, and with the 4, Sensi controls MROF and is self adjusting, not sure if works the same with the Speed.

the MROF is self adjusting on the Speed too... i think you need to do more to set the sensi up on the A4's... where with the speed you just turn on fire 10 slow balls and its set.... is it the same with the A4's?

Yep, that's the whole idea of "self adjusting". Put a hopper on and shoot, the marker does the rest.

Guys, I covered it ....INTERNALS WISE, not the feedneck, not the asa guage, not the milling, not the cost, not the weight, not the length, internally was the question  if you want to get realy pedantic then the Speed with fire 30bps (capable note) and the A4 31bps...and WDP have released press stuff that says the Speed does 31 as well as 30 but we are only talking 1bps so like that would actually make a difference..but saying that so I don't get accused of missing something. All of the pressure reactive internals for the Speed and A4 are the same.

As far as i know, internally it's the display, solenoid, breech block pin, ram, hammer, and possibly diverter plate.

doesnt actually have to be slow mate, just turn on and go, Benfrain on here knows quite a bit about that matter, it was covered in the angel owners forum a while back and is not as most people think (having to do 10 slow shots) :)
