A1 Magno RAM

I have a leaking A1 and according to the aps leak diagnosis aid it could be the small O ring on the ram rod shaft (hur hur hur) or it could be the front ram body O ring. If it is none of these as they visually look to be sound then it could be the interior piston O ring.

If this is the case is it possible to take apart the magno ram or is it the same as the standard ram in that you can't get into it?

they are the same as the standard ram and are not serviceable

although some clever people on macarterbrown/ AOG created serviceable ones

From what I can remember it's a case of carefully drilling out the rear of the ram, allowing the piston to be removed, then fashioning a plastic insert (the blue bit) which fits in the end and is retained by a pin.
