A word of warning to all ballers !!
Just a quick word of warning over a very expensive lesson i have just learned.
Before screwing an air bottle onto an air system make sure that both sets of threads are completely clean.
Basically i screwed a bottle onto a brand new max flo thread (only three hours old!!) only to have the bottle get stuck about 3/4 of the way on.
Turns out that there was residual lock tite on the bottle threads. Cutting a long story short on getting the bottle off of the max flo both sets of threads have been ****ed up beyond repair!
This will cost me over £400 to sort out As i have lost both bvottle and max flo. Let me assure you that at the moment i feel like i have been soundly kick in the nuts
Therefore the moral ofthe story is to damn well make sure that your threads are clean before putting a bottle on.
Cheers
