Have you considered an internet based feedback form for the people that played or visited CC? You could run it from the Campaign Cup web site.
I realise it's not perfect as not everyone who went to Crystal Palace has internet access, but it may well provide you with handy information. It would also mean you wouldnt have to trawl through the forums for feedback.
