Finally getting the time to sit down and read your article in this months PGI issue #180, it reads the importance of a players self confidence in a game/tourney and how that can transend throughout a team (You use Ground Zero in Amsterdam '03 as an example).
The point is you describe a tournament using 3 sort of games a team play: The great game, the bad game, and the default game. With the default being the game played most often.
My question is: Explain a default game - in an idiot proof way and can you please elaborate what in training can be done to improve self belief in play?
