I wanna know how these people are created ... do they practice for hour after hour learning the laws and rules of 'How to be a dumb-fuhk' or is it more a quirk of nature in that their mother's uterus opened up and out dolloped an idiot?

Someone once remarked, 'Laws are made to be broken' and to an extent, this is true because laws set out the limits of tolerance for certain behaviours and we all know there are people out there who have a problem staying within that remit but it seems the idiots within our sport look upon breaking our rules as mandatory instead of a choice being available .... amazing, absolutely amazing ....
