Ok guys and Gals, Quick question, what are the best type of 9v batteries?

I was told that rechargeable one's aren't very good for the reason that they don't hold a constant power, but the do last a bit longer.

I know Duracell plus are pretty good, but if i'm having to buy those each time it could get quite expensive.

I'm looking at some DURACELL PROCELL batteries on Ebay and was just wondering are these as good as the Duracell plus batteries i've been using?

What are your views on this, for both Marker and Hopper?

Thanks

Richard

A lot of people use them so assume they are good. But someone who has used/does use them could give some figures as to how well they perform

Procells are basically industry versions of the M3 duracells. Very good batteries, and very cheap if you find the right place.

In terms of rechargeables, you need a battery that will output enough juice to keep your hopper running but also have enough capacity to last a whole day.

Not sure which hopper your using but if you can convert it to AA's then theres some fantastic rechargeable aa's out there that run my reloader all day and some! Much cheaper than aa's even if they last can last up to 3 times as long...

well i have tried some high capacity AA's - 2500mah and they manage to run my hopper for 1 day JUST.

I have however had normal AA's in my hopper lasting a few days. Never had procells so cant compare there.

However once i get my bone pack (worth a look at) back from fish (hint, hint - i want it back) then i will have no problems.
