9v and 12v Viewloaders

First of all, I know that electric hoppers spin the paintballs for better ball feed, but what exactly do I benefit for having one of these? If I was going to get one, should I get a 12v or a 9v. And would I need it on a, say, Piranha G2 STS with a vertical feed, or should I save my money?

Typically u cant use guns like the angel, matrix, shocker etc unless u have an electric hopper because they have little kick-back and there is nothing to move the balls around.
Blow back semis like the piranha, spyder etc have some kick back when they fire which can be enough to agitate the balls into the feed tube.
Its really up to whether u feel u need it or not, if u fire fast your gonna need 1 otherwise youll chop balls.
You wont find many 9v hoppers around now, its 12v brother is faster.
