after a 50ci (.8L) 4500psi tank made from carbon fiber but will consider a 68ci (1.1L) 4500psi 
Need it to have a regulator and would obviously prefer a good brand. Must be tested and preferably not too old.
Would be willing to pay £80-£120 depending on all of the above.
