As above,never been filled. Reg needs to be torqued on as i brought it home from world cup last year. This is a "peanut" tank. Only brand that makes on Pie Spec I believe.

Yes this is Pie Spec and can be used in Europe. Can ship to Poland if you pay the extra shipping cost.
