Shipping

Are those prices including shipping?

If so, is the 3000psi bottle still in test (It looks like it's got a born date of 2007/03, so that would be a yes....).

If the bottle is in test, and price inc shipping, I'll take the 3000 psi.

the steel bottle is still in test yes, think they get tested every5-10yrs
