3k or 4.5k bottle...... and why?

and

Steel or Carbon....... and why?

1) 4.5K the ability to hold a higher pressure means more air in your tank more air = more shots before you need to refill. However not all sites can fill to 4.5K

2) Carbon purely as its lighter, however the cost is more expensive.
