First of all how old was the paint and did you do the "Drop test" to see how brittle the paint was before you started to fire it???

If not then the problem is down to the paint been to old/brittle

I think the Cronic is a great winter paint btw, so give that a shot and you will be laughing:D

1-2 drops 2 brittle will break in marker

3-4 brittle (just right for electros running @ low psi

5-6 fresh/just right

7-9 hard (will not break on target)

any harder it will be like marbles :D

This will tell you if they are fine, gas up the gun and put tissue over the feed tube and then fire. Tell me what happens.

I've used paint that broke after 1drop (and that was from less than 6ft) and it was fine. But I would not of prob used had I done the drop test before.:)

And that was with Zap Cronic
