3000psi reg with 4500 HPA Bottle

Can you use a regulator with 3000psi with a 4500psi bottle?

You can use a 3000 reg' with a 4500 bottle, but should only fill to 3000 psi, or the burst disc will blow.

Exactly, you fill to the lowest rating. So you could also use a 4500 reg in a 3000 bottle, but only filling to 3000.

Thanks for the info guys, I think I will get the 3000psi bottle dont want to risk blowing me self up
