to find one with a fill station in mostly impossible! trust me done that, matter a fact still doing, there was a guy here before that sold few of them.

depending on the money (and lucky you live in UK) there is on Ebay and other sites that sell plain scuba tanks (meaning din valve compatable, even with a din valve, no fill station tho)

following sites would be:
http://godive.net/ - this one usto be the cheapest as it is in my bookmarks for few month on top of the list, but for some reason i cant find sales page no more..email them or so...
http://www.ebay.ie/itm/Red-Hat-Diving-NEW-steel-232-bar-10-litre-cylinder-/130568746742?pt=UK_SportingGoods_Scuba_SnorkellingEquipment_SM&hash=item1e6680f6f6 - this one is the best one on ebay ,this one is only 10litre im sure they had up to 15...and even more bars, ohh yeah its 235...theres was 300bar too, give a better search...check other item from that seller

but my advise, search for uk diving forums, cause they have similar stuff as paintball sites...meaning used sale sections, im sure you'll find one there cheap..
for example irelands two
http://www.divegear.ie/index.php?category=For+Sale&sub_category=Cylinders
http://forum.technicaldiving.ie/index.php/board,20.40.html

and tank filling station is a whole different story, have no idea about it since im a bit confused...cause you can get one for a 10 and there is one for 50...a bit of a difference between them...one might be better... safer i dont know...looked on yuotube and seems they both do the same...go figure (n)

btw did you consider where you are going to fill it up once you get it?

cause if you dont know a place near you that sells or maintains tanks, there wont be one to fill it up too!
ordinary air compresors wont do it (maybe you know that, but it dont hurt to tell incase you dont)
paintball sites, i never asked, but i dont think they would do it...unless they are your buddies or something...

i went thru that stuff a while back...problems problems problems...
hard to find a tank
hard to set up a fill station
hard to find a place where to fill it
and on top of that a lot of money

i suggest look first where could you fill it, and if you find then buy a tank and all the rest...<- i got stuck on that, it would be cool to live by the sea :D

i have about 4 places that will fill to 300bar round me i live about 20 mins from the north sea i just thought i would look for one on here some i did not have to do all the hard work ;) but it looks like i will be getting one off ebay and driving to go get it because no one will ship unless its a company and am not looking to spend 200 + more like 100 for the tank and then fill station

Nearest on ebay to you that I could find is Morpeth (think that's up the road from you) but couldn't see any 300-bar cylinders, only 232.
If you do buy from ebay, ask to see the inspection report; steel cylinders require a visual inspection after 2 1/2 years followed by a hydostatic test every 5 years. Compared to the price of a new cylinder, there are some bargains on ebay, even allowing for cost to collect & have tested. Fill stations come up for sale occasionally. Do you know any divers in your area? They may have a cylinder for sale or know of someone who does. Good luck!
