What's the point?
Since the technology we use still depends on a ball dropping into place, it's pretty safe to say that this thing starts another cycle before the next ball in line even notices that gravity is pulling on it. In other words, you won't get chops, you'll get a bunch of balls just hopping up and down in your feed tube. I doubt even a warpfeed will be much use here.
The only reason I can think of for having a toy that can fire that fast, is the knowledge that you won't have any drop off at 'normal working speeds'.
