Help!! being a complete idiot i can't work out how to get the 3 way off an evo x autococker. I'm sure its very easy but only if u know how!! Can someone help me out?

worked out i just had to take the twister off first to allow the 3 way to move, knew it would be simple! Now just need the race gun grip to arrive in the post tomorrow and yyyyyeeeeeehhhhhaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!
