3.34GHz PC for sale

Hi all,

I have a P4 3.34GHz HT PC for sale.

I'm fairly sure this is the fastest stock P4 CPU that you can get. It also has Hyper Threading so it can support two threads. Think of it like a logical dual core of sorts.

Also comes with 130GB storage and 1GB ram though you can upgrade as you see fit, takes DDR2.

Lastly it has a lovely fresh install of XP Pro, with Licence Key.

I have run all updates so it has SP 3, etc preinstalled.

I can also put in mouse and keyboard.

Not a bad little machine.

Going price is just over £100 so I'm asking £100 picked up, I don't really like the idea of posting a PC .

What's 'hyper-threading?

Hyper-threading allows the two programs to be processed as separate threads at the same time on a single processor.

Rather like a woman multitasking, I suppose.

It is the parallelization of computations performed on a single core. For each physical core present the operating system addresses two virtual processors, and shares the workload between them when possible.

Intel introduced it on the P4 processors and has just brought it back on the present ' i ' series.
