Spyder AMG Classic good 2nd Gun?

I've already got an autococker 2k thats running nice.

I want to get a backup gun, but I don't know whether to go for an electro or not?

Looking to spend about 300 pounds. Maybe a Spyder AMG Classic Black

I know this question gets asked quite alot but what be the "best" electro/non-electro to get?

Would it be better to get my Autococker running on air first??

get your cocker on air, and learn the inner workings of it. Almost anything I do to my cocker, I can fixt in 5 min or so. I've only missed one game because of a problem with my cocker and that was because I slammed into a bunker and Broke my ram. That was the only time I've ever needed a back up 'gun.

Right now my backup 'gun is my Stock class phantom ... 12grams and 10shot tubes ...

If you're set on getting a backup gun, I really like the Dragun right now. It rips and with a good barrel it's as accurate as anything else. And I've seen it as low as $169(american) @ actionvillage.com I'm sure yo couldfind similar pricing in the uk ...

If your primary marker is a cocker, get another cocker or a non-electro for a back up. There is nothing worse than having your gun go down in the middle of a tourney, and have to switch to an electronic trigger after shooting a manual. Your timing will be jacked up and you will probably be pissed at the way you are firing. This may not be the case with you, as some people can shoot just as fast with either, but that is just my suggestion. It is always good to stick with the same setup for primary and back up.;)

Thanx for the advice guys :D

I think I'll go for another manual marker and then
think about getting my Autococker running on air
later.

I don't know much about air systems, so, what would be
a decent air system to go for?

Currently I use a Pure Energy, mainly because it was cheap at the time. I've had no problems with it so far, as is typical of most screw ins. Soon, though, I'll have a Hyperflow or Conquest on my Cocker and move the PE to my Angel. Forget Angel AIRs---waste of money that can be spent towards more constructive purposes, namely more practice paint. $2000+ in gun and $50 in practice paint a week loses to $1000 in gun and $200 in practice paint a week every time.
