2k1 lcd battery

my mate has an 2k1 angel lcd the battery has been charged for over 12hrs but it loses its charge in about half an hour,
we think its a creamed battery but just thought best to check here before buying a new battery. Any views/ideas

might be the board as well, altough in my case it was a bad battery. If any of your friends have the same marker try switching the batteries to see for yourself.
