May be better to buy a pre 2013 Demon off here and get the upgrades done yourself, may work out cheaper this way too?

I was considering buying a 2012 Demon and doing the required upgrades but i'm just looking out for one already done to save me the hassle.
I'm in no mad rush to buy a demon so i'll just keep an eye out to see if the right one pops up.
