The news you have been waiting for - registration for the 2011 season of the NatWest Southern Paintball League is open!

You can register your team for the NSPL at http://www.nspl.co.uk - click on teams and get yourselves on the list! Existing teams can take this opportunity to get their Team Profiles updated - remember, these profiles promote your team to the outside world 24/7 and a little effort can really show your squad off in a great light.

We are now also accepting bookings for Round 1 of the league through the wwww.nspl.co.uk web site and over the phone - 01626 833 200.

Act quickly to reserve your place as spaces are very limited this season with the inclusion of the Proto KotH on the same days as the NSPL events.

Hiya, We'd like to book a spot for our team in the koth series.
I assume we don't need to register on the nspl website as there doesn't seem to be a section for that on there?
Also do we book that through the phone number as there is no section on the koth website to book through?
Oh and lastly, when we do book I assume you require a deposit? Could you let us know how much that deposit is please?

The KotH web site is due for update on Monday - you can call the same number to book in. The required deposit for the King of the Hill is £50 as detailed on the web site. All prices, etc are the same as last year. Hope that helps. :)

I would advise each and every team in the south to get your ass enrolled in the NSPL as fast as you can; the reason?
The NSPL is one of the leagues that is sanctioned by the Federation and Syd, the guy who owns and runs the NSPL, has done a fantastic job in putting together an event series that meets all the standards and rules required by the Federation.

And remember, the Fed only sanction tournaments and tournament series if certain standards are met .. and this means you can trust leagues like this for all the right reasons, you won't be ripped off and you won't be prioritised behind making money ... the NSPL [and the CPPS] think of you as customers and not cash cows.

You will get great value for money playing against some of the best teams in the UK and you'll be judged by some of the best refs around.
Safety is the prime concern of the Federation and this is reflected in the way Syd runs his events .....Syd, along with Mark and Rich from the CPPS are spearheading a resurgence in UK paintball and they've only managed to achieve this by giving the UK baller real value for money coupled with professional judging and standards of operation.

The future is looking a lot better because of these two leagues and we need to support them if we want any chance of dragging our respective asses up the ladder ..... and so if you wanna play real competitive paintball, the NSPL is where it's at if you live down south.
Good luck to everybody for 2011 !!
