Has anyone got the dates and venues for the 2004 Midland Masters yet ??

Planning our calander for next year and need some idea, if possible.

I ran into Les over at Pheonix and wrote his mobile number down but then promptly lost it !!! DOH

those dates are more than likely preliminry as the venues will be. they should all be finalised by the last MM this month guys after which teams will get a copy of it all.....
