2004 leagues / events?? - UK

It's been handed to me to find a league, or series for 2004.

We have been playing the Dragon's Lair series for the last 2 years now. Think it's time for a change.

We were looking at the M25 league for this season, but there is a post on here saying that it will not run anymore.

All our players are based around Essex.

Anyone got any leagues / series or even individual events they can recommend??

there will be a variation on the M25 run by a person down south. Watch this space as they say. There will be something in the M25 series wise next year.

yep a fixed site with lots of sup air by a well known face from down south

hopefully this will be the new temple ( but without the swamp)
quality dedicated site run by some people who know how to run a tourney.

We cant let the north/midlands have al the good tournies

Until you hear more about a new M25, you may want to consider some SWPL events. Many are around the Bristol area, which isn't too far away and Heaven's Gate II is, of course, in Bournemouth (and an event not to be missed - asked anyone who attended the first HG last July).

A lot of SE teams have already made the trip once or twice - would be nice to see more of you. Remember, the SWPL is all 7-man Sup'Air next season. Provisional dates are below:

April 18th 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 1 - 7-man Sup'Air - Exeter
May 16th 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 2 - 7-man Sup'Air - Bristol
June 13th 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 3 - 7-man Sup'Air - Cornwall
July 24th-25th 2004 - Heaven's Gate II - Bournemouth
Aug 22nd 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 4 - 7-man Sup'Air - Exeter
Oct 3rd 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 5 - 7-man Sup'Air - Bristol
Nov 7th 2004 - SWPL2004 Leg 6 - 7-man Sup'Air - Bristol

I THINK TWIZZ MIGHT BE EXTENDING THE WINTER SERIES IF ITS SUCCESFULL,

not too sure where Essex is but the UK masters would probably have venues quite close to you

uk masters is about 4 hour drive away if its midland masters)

Not all of SPC Promotions tournament locations have been confirmed yet, as far as I'm aware..

Well Ancaster (coupla MM events there), used to be an 1hr and 15 minute drive from the Dartford Tunnel / Lakeside.

Unfortunately I'm now banned. bugger.

But anyway, PGI / SPC Premier League looks good............
