This is a longshot, but I had a friend give me a tickler reg for my eblade, and when I put it in the front end would leak out of the noid like crazy. It didn't matter whether I turned the pressure on the LPR up or down. Eventually I gave up with the tickler and put the stock reg back on and it worked fine. I think that either the tickler was dirty or somehow jammed so that it really was not controlling the pressure. I cleaned out the ticker and I think the piston may have been jammed, but I never tried it out again so I'm not sure.

I guess what I'm trying to say is check another LPR and see if that isn't your problem.

Solenoid leaking -

If it's leaking from the barbs, check hoses for lacerations & poor connectivity.
or.........
Remove barbs, clean the threads and loctite them back in place.(DON'T OVER TIGHTEN THEM DUDE :) )

If it's leaking from inside the solenoid manifold, check the lpr pressure. Shouldn't be more than 90 psi

Check the noid retaining screws for their tightness

If the leak is still there strip it, clean it then lubricate the solenoid and gasket.

If you have a problem stripping the solenoid, i can help you out dude, piece of cake.
