This is the current setup of my shocker

Shocker standard feed black
old style turbo board
internals reworked to eclipse shocker standards
eclipse on/off switch and 9v battery convertion
vert max flow with the new mini max flow cap
double trigger (No trigger guard)
16" AA
14" big daddy
drop forward and bottom line

I have around 200 quid to spend on upgrades for my shocker but i dont know what to do:confused:

i all ready have a 4500psi 1.1 bottle so a air system would be nice as a 1.1 full of C02 is very heavy.

i also have the standard trigger on my shocker which is a bit sloppy but i dont think i want to go over the top and buy that hypersports frame. How about the blade, shock ya or the werm mods angel trigger and frame

My barrel selection is a bit limited at the moment so maybe a freak? Is the rear of the freak 8 inchs long?

Cheers 4 any advice

why does it matter the length of the freak back?
it is the front which makes it whatever length you want surely! i had a shock-ya trigger mod done on mine and it rocks! dont know about the blade one cause i never had that done :)

even with a 1.1 bottle shockers are not the most efficient things! perhaps it might be worth considering co2! better shot count :)

p.s know anyone who wants to buy a shocker :)
hehe good luck with yours! but if you can i would say get 260 and buy a shock-ya mod, and a freak with stainless back and coloured front (cause they look pretty)

but that is only my thoughts it is your money

the length of the back control bore section does matter it will affect the efficiency of the gun as smart parts decided for a small back i would suggest u get an armson stealth two piece barrel these are seriously quality bits of kit, have a long back section =good efficiency and u can get them in a tight bore to ensure a good fit. comes with three tips to give u 11" 13" or 16"

£200 upgrades?

Well a Blade trigger would have been a good place to start ......but as you have the old board (your post) can't put a Blade on the dome switch so look at the the shock-ya mod instead
You also said you have no trigger guard ....well as it supposed to be the "rule" now that you have a trigger guard so a new grip frame from Smart Parts should be a good move or maybe try the HyperSports grip frame (think thats the name) ( not the hyper frame or BooYah before anyone jumps on me lol) I know you said you didn't want to go that route but then your options are kinda limited, the power feed and air assist from Smart Parts is another option but other than barrels a personal choice really ( I am sponsored to use a certain barrel and it rocks but personal choice)
So I think that wraps it up given your rather limited budget...hope this helps.

I have a Freak on my my shocker and it rocks! Very accurate all of the time, and no problems with it yet. My trigger is like yours and I am looking at a Shock' ya trigger in the near future. Air system is being delivered in the next few days from Smart Parts so I will let you know how that goes.

I would recommend a Freak and maybe a trigger mod.

The bottle should be fine, but I am not sure about the reg. A 4500psi Max Flow reg is only £223 and you already have the bottle. The shots per tank may be a bit dodgy but its worth investigating.

Does anyone know how many shots you can get out of a shocker with a) 4500psi 1.1 ltr and b) 4500psi 1.5 ltr bottles? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
