20 x 210 litre Blue Barrels

As it says above I require 20 blue barrels for work. We are going to use them for Raft building. I need them no later than Monday 21st Sept.
I preferably need them around the Newcastle area so it saves on postage. Ideally I dont want to pay for them but can stretch to £5 if needs be.
I've looked on tinternet and there are a few but the postage kills it and some are just way too expensive.
Can anyone help? or point me in the right direction?

look in yellow pages for chemical disposal places, they should be able to sell them to you or tell you where to get them.
