2 quick angel questions

First thanks to all who helped on my last question, my gun is shooting sweet (+-3 fps over chrono) now ive lowered the lLPR pressure and hopefully I won't be seeing any more brass dust around the hammer! :) :)
Anyway if I may pick your collective brains again I have some more small questions:

1. My dye volumiser leaked from new so I put PTFE on it, im worried the PTFE might eventually break down and get into my gun!
Should i try and get a new o-ring or will it be allright?

2. There is quite a bit of gass leaking from the breech when the gun is fired. Is this normal? What causes it?

Thanks in advance...

John- I had the same problem with my dye volumizer when I first put it on. The answer is: It needs a bigger O-Ring. I took the O-ring off of my Warped Volumizer that came with my dark (because it was thicker, and BAM!!! No leak. FIXED The problem with the dye O-Ring is it is perfectly flush with the groove so it doesn't get a great seal. Some people have problems and others don't, but the best fix is a thicker o-ring

Breech Leak- Make sure you have your breech o-ring seated tightly in the groove. Best thing to do is super glue it in, that way it won't move around and get out of whack. Also check and see if the o-ring is cut or worn down. If it is replace it. You would be surprised how much gas leaks if that o-ring is inoperable.

Hope that helps.

Ok Volumizer as said is the O-Ring...

Breech leaks after firing it means you need to adjust the Hammer so the Bolt Pin is striking the shoulder at the back of the hammer when you close your breech. Chip you remember when mine used to do this untill I got the Angel Tool kit. John when you close the Breech make sure there is a slight clicking sound when it shuts and make sure it is striking the back shoulder on that slot. Problem solved.;)

Ill have to get me some of them o-rings then, cheers (any idea what size it is?).

My breech o-ring was glued in nice and tightly, got it done at planet cos ive had problems with that before

Rooster, the bolt pin is sitting in the groove in the hammer, it clicks in when you close the bolt but there is a tiny bit of wear there i can see.
Im probably not up to the task of alligning the hammer though, and I have little spare cash after paintball playing tax.

Anyway its firing sweet so ill probably just leave it!
