1. anyone out there know of a team called Bushbabies? prob SE England??
2. anyone used a Morpheus blowback..how would u rate it against an inferno as a site gun? reliability, repairability etc?
Cheers!

Hi Guppster,

The Morpheus is a direct "descendent" of the Inferno...never having field tested an Inferno I couldn't really compare although I have fired a few...but I bought PMI Piranhas instead of Inferno's so I'm kinda biased...I have however however fired and field tested the Morpheus...

It's supposed to be an "improved" inferno as I understand it...

Dare I ask why u asking?

If you want my in depth opinion call me :)...way too much to go into here... :)

Hiya darlin'! <hug>! i'm asking cos DF asked me to field test one with a view to using them instead of infernos...the one they sent had a buggered safety and the trigger was jerky and clicky. the milling was poor & it looked a pain to strip, tho i didnt try. Did seem to shoot well tho...

...and did the little screw on the back of the grip frame dig into your hand and leave you with a sore spot after about 5 minutes....and did u find it very long with a gas bottle screwed into it cos it doesnt have a 45 grip frame but some bizzarre thing designed for people with hands like ET...and did the...oh never mind...I think you get the idea :)

Hi Guppy,

Probably not the same team, but there used to be a team called the Bushbabies way back in the early 90s...If they are, then they're probably more like bush oaps now!! :D (says he sporting copious quantities of grey!):(

I've never seen the Morpheus, but when I phoned Diablo about upgrading my Inferno a few months back, they said that they were no longer carrying the Inferno, and were pushing their 'own' gun (the Morpheus) instead. Based on this, I don't think it has anything to do with the Inferno, as Diablo was only a re-seller (Infernos are made by Arrow Precision), but they seemed to give me the impression that they (Diablo) were the manufacturers of the new gun....all that said, I can't compare them, sorry.

Cheers,
Paul.

The Bushbabies were around in the early 90's
They had sponsorship from the Paintcheck shop that used to be in Epsom. I think that's closed down now.
They had loads of great results as Ams and used to get slated for never playing as Pros!
