I decide who gets registered if they can not give a weeks notice, the reason is simple, we have to make sure we get the paperwork sorted.
If there is time, they are in, if not, their not, we try and help everyone but you should all know by now, its sod all to do with the cash, its done the way the Sports Council has told us it must be done for us to have any chance of recognition.

It's all about the bigger picture.

And the player will have to be a unregistered player because it is forty five days minimum to change teams.
