1st report from the DAM!

OK so arrived at the site 2day after a short flight, and altho the sun isn;t out the site is looking really good. Nice stretch of big trade stands, fields look pretty awesome and grandstand is pretty sweet too!

Quite alot of the UK teams turning up late meant they couldn;t walk the fields. Campaign being lost and some of shock still on the m25 at lunch to name a few, but they got there in the end.

The beer on site is pretty poor, or tho they are some fitties working in the "cafe" and food is expensive, 2 euros for a packet of crisps

not much else to say really, Huge trade stands from DYE and NPS, altho it dont help having the staging area and paint supplies opposite sides of the site!!!

will report back tomorrow eve with 1st day results

You call that a report? It's not even a postcard. More like a cry for help and if you don't deliver the goods--actual scores--today you might as well not come home.

The site is ok, the food is expensive, the weather messed up the the last games of the afternoon pool.

dont really kno many of the results but what i do kno it

Campaign - won 2 lost 2
Tigers Pro - won 4
Shockwave - won 4
Nexus - Won3 drew 1 (against bullets with the likes of ollie lang playing from them!)
London Tigers YG - Lost 4 (i think)
London Tigers AM - Lost 4

and thats all i really kno!

and my god did the rain come down, been pissing it down solid for a good 4+ hours, the site is now a river... lets hope the sun comes out and the tourney and called to a halt, but man it is good for superslides!

only other hold back was the ID cards

they didn;t get printing till about 7pm last night and still hadn't finished by lunch 2day, but by about 3pm 2day the cards had been finished and handed out!

New season but still no scores, no news.... I wonder how hard it would be for some other tournament series to come and take over.

Seriously, it is not so hard to get scores in to some site maybe even co-operating with some so called paintball news site??

if i wasn't so wet and cold i would ahve gone and noted the Pro and Div 1 scores down. Ill write them down 2moz and post them n that!

but i see what u mean dude, wudn;t take much to pay some1 to do news and score reports for the MS, heh! they cud pay me 2 do it

Was a lot of good foreign teams out there.. Euro paintball is getting intense! we didnt lose all our games but we didnt to well which im not to happy about but hey hopefully do better in Paris..
