16th June. Is it a rumour ?

I have just got back from the boozer, having bumped into Nick, Marlon, and the Big Hairy One from Skirmish Nottingham, where they were having, as they call it, a "management meeting".

What they were discussing appears to be a "BIG " tournament on the 16th June.

They didn't want to discuss the finer details with the likes of me, however they did say that it would probably be a 7 man open. It is also going to be heavily sponsored by World Domination Paintball ( or WDP to most of us ), and there is going to be shed loads of prizes, as well as one for the highest placed Angel using team.

Would anyone at WDP or Skirmish like to confirm or deny these rumours, what are the prizes, and do I get a discount ?

I know you feel left out, however this is what we know so far :-

16th June 2002, Angel Cup sponsored ( quite heavily by the sounds of it ) by WDP.

It will be a 7 man, open tournament on Hyperball, and the Angel Sup Air field.

There will be loads of prizes, give aways, trade stands etc etc.

There is also something ( apparently on the large scale ) for the highest placed Angel using team ( especially if they win it ).

It will be pushed BIG STYLE.

I have also been informed that the trophy is bigger than Scrap (so that means it is 2'6" )

It is possibly going to be run twice a year.
