all for the idea, i wont pretend i understand it, but i had a tought, perhaps torney hoppers should be standardised, hell even only allow people to use pre setup hopper given out by the organisers that can only feed so fast. surely thats easier than capping markers. lol so you only allowed REVY's now. you get the idea.
